About us

My name is Sacha. I spent years working in some of the best steakhouses in Buenos Aires. But I believe that the best asados can only be enjoyed at home with friends and family. I have a passion for sharing the cultural, social and gastronomic essence of the iconic Argentinian ASADO elaborated with the best meat of the world and accompanied by the best Malbec wines.

I first learned the secrets of this Argentine ritual from my parents, Lilia and Daniel, helping them cook the traditional family Sundays Asados. From there, I became the official Grill Master in every school, club or family event I attended.

I can’t wait to share this unique tradition with you and your loved ones!

The secret is out! The Secrets of Asado is a must (and I very rarely say that in life!). Yes we have an option to eat in a fine dining restaurant but this experience makes our stay in Buenos Aires all the more memorable! Sacha & Papa Daniel are knowledgeable, accommodating, fun, gentle and exudes very good vibes! They encourage us to participate in preparing our food. The pouring of wine is endless :). Lastly, I don’t eat carrot cake ‘coz I’m not a fan but the one they served is amazing!

This was such a fun experience. You could help with the grilling as much as you wanted or just sit back and be served. I suggest not eating anything that day. There is so much food! We took a taxi from Recoleta and it was very easy. It was an honor to visit this beautiful home and meet Sacha and his dad. I would love to do this again.
